Shipping Information 

Processing Time: For in stock items, please allow 3-5 business days for your order to ship.  For Made to Order items, please allow up to six weeks for shipment; these pieces are handmade by me from the time of your order. Any delays in standard shipping times are announced at the top of my website. If you need your item expedited, please checkout with express shipping (overnighted).

Shipments: Standard shipping is either USPS or UPS depending on the address provided and area you are in. If you prefer something else, it can possibly be arranged (no promises) - reach out to vancedavidsonjewelry@gmail.com

International: I offer USPS, UPS, or DHL for international shipments and allow you to choose at checkout. Shipping times vary by provider and the time of year. 

Please be familiar with important taxes, fees and duties (or shipping brokerage fees). Vance Davidson Jewelry is not responsible for paying these fees. Vance Davidson Jewelry is also not responsible for coordinating delivery for your packages or tracking shipments. Please use the tracking number provided in your confirmation email.

Insurance: I offer Redo shipping insurance. This will cover your package against loss, theft, or damage. We strongly recommend this option, especially for orders valued over $500. If you would prefer to opt out of coverage, you can do so via the toggle button at the bottom of the cart side bar.

If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged and you did not protect it with Redo, we will do everything we can to assist you, however, we are no longer responsible for packages once they are in transit.

Insurance Claims: If you purchased Redo Insurance with your order, and you need to start a claim in our portal, click HERE. Claims will only be processed if package protection was purchased at the time of checkout. If the item is damaged please file a claim within 48 hours of delivery.
