Small North Star is approximately 7mm x 7mm with a 1mm natural white diamond

Large North Star is approximately 10mm x 10mm with a 1.5mm natural white diamond

These are typically used in piercing studios, the back is flat and more comfortable for constant wear. I recommend you go to a local piercer for help putting them in, you push the back in first, and then add the little diamond pin from the front. I find it difficult to do myself, but my piercer always helps me.
