Engraved Siggy, 1.04 carat Glowy Blue Sapphire

I ordered an engraved siggy featuring a ~1 carat glowy blue sapphire as a special treat for myself ahead of a major life milestone. The ring’s engraving is reminiscent of rolling ocean waves—so meticulously done and all by hand! I wrestled with my decision (because all of Erin’s rings are gorgeous in their own unique way) and Erin went above and beyond in helping me make the most informed decision by sending me pics and videos of the different siggy’s I was considering. Erin made me feel empowered in making my decision without any pressure or strong arming to buy something. Ultimately I chose the glowy blue sapphire one because I fell in love with the gorgeous stone (it truly does glow!) and the style of engraving (and miraculously it was already my size and didn’t need to be resized—I’m impatient!).

Erin was quick to ship my ring once my order was confirmed. The ring box was very securely packaged and came with a sweet note from Erin. My ring came in the CUTEST hot pink velvet ring box. The scream I scrumt when I was able to slip my siggy onto my finger! It is 14k yellow gold, but the tone of the gold looks richer than my other 14k yellow gold jewelry from other jewelry brands. The ring has a lovely weight and heft that was unexpected and pleasantly surprising. It feels like a true heirloom piece that can withstand daily wear. The profile of the ring is also really nice—it’s tall enough to show off Erin’s beautiful engraving but not so tall that it is awkward or gets in the way!

I have had my ring for two weeks now and I still find myself internally squealing at how lucky I am to own this piece. I wear it every day and have only taken it off to show off to others. It is an extremely comfortable ring to wear and feels substantial enough to be a daily driver without having to worry about dings and bumps like I do with my daintier jewelry.

Given the obvious craftsmanship of the engraving, along with the heft and richness of the gold and the beauty of the sapphire, I feel that I scored a beautiful work of art from a true artist at a very reasonable price!
